Absolutely! You can block dates anytime for personal use. There are no penalties or approval processes—just coordinate with us so we can manage the calendar.
How is maintenance handled?
We perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and handle any issues that arise. All maintenance is covered as part of the operating costs before profit split.
How often are profits paid out?
Profits are distributed monthly. You'll receive detailed reporting showing rental revenue, operating costs, and your 50% share.
What expenses are deducted before the split?
Operating expenses include cleaning, routine maintenance, platform fees, and operational overhead. All costs are transparent and reported monthly.
Can I exit the program?
